Looking at the kids are the only enjoyable thing to do while working. If not life will be so miserable having to count the minutes everyday. It's not easy dealing with montonous work under harsh weather. The nights are unbearably cold. It's not exaggerating when we say that we wear 4 layers of clothings everyday, plus gloves too. Haha Charlotte even wear 2 pants.

I wonder if I will enjoy the days now when Point Pleasant is still a quiet town in Spring or a bustling place in Summer?

It's carefree now, not having to work everyday. Even when there's work, the pace is too slow that we have to stone under the cold weather. And not forgetting we are not getting enough hours to earn what we expected. Worse still, we spent more than we earned. =(

Summer comes, it'll be so busy that we may not have enough rest. The days of slacking and short trips will disappear too...

I will be doing my expenses everytime I'm free and I realised that I may not have enough money to travel LA!! This is a nightmare!! The main reason I came US is to look for Wawa, and if I can't make it I'll defeat my main purpose of coming here! No no no.. I must shop less and save more! Becca, wait for me!

Think this maybe my last shopping trip for the next couple of weeks. This is a must-go shopping paradise! Woodbury Premium Outlets is the largest outlets we can find here. It consists of 100+ boutiques, with brands like Nike, Fossil, Escada, Gucci, S. Ferragamo, Miss Sixty, Coach, Aeropostale, Polo Ralph, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger etc. It's really you name it they have it. It's the first time I have done done something so crazy in order just to shop. The 9 of us, Me Char Kelvin Hilda Cheryl Nicholas Michelle Gerald and Delphine, braved the blistering cold to take the last train to NY in midnight, just so that we can ton in Mac and take the first bus to Woodbury. The whole night we did not even sleep. Just for the name of SHOPPING. We are nuts! It was cold, there's nowhere sleep. I really have not shopped until I'm so tired before. We were carrying so many things at the end of the day that I seriously have muscle ache the following morning, which is today. It was just plain crazy buying. Definitely everyone spent alot but I think it's worth the buy. We can never find these things at cheap prices back home. Hee anyway, it was enjoyable, thats the most important. =) There quite a handful of people, both locals and tourists, who bring empty luggages for putting their shopping goodies. This is what I call madness haha. Compared to them, we are maybe just small-fry ahahhaa

I miss home terribly sometimes. Especially these few days when I'm very home-sick. I miss S'pore food so much!! Even though it's just 2 weeks, I will die to eat Laksa, Char Kuey Tiao, Mee Siam, Ban Mian, Nasi Lemak, Prata............................... I even miss Fish & Chips! There's not much fish here. How ironic, I'm in a western country and situated right by the sea, but there's no fish .. duh

I miss my parents of course. With Sis in Virginia too, it's as if they "lost" 2 daughters at the same time hahaha.. But it's still not that bad, since me & sis seldom goes home during exam period. Maybe they can imagine that we are having exams now thus not going home hee. Hor Pa & Ma? (if you are reading heehee). And of course most importantly I miss honey so much! Hmmm especially now I'm having PMS, I'll get really upset that I don't have him with me. It's like suffering from depression. Sianz..
